Jeez, how long does it typically take to receive a response back from customer service VIA e-mail??? 1 business week and counting...

Can you forward your email to @aneros.com">websupport@aneros.com? We'll make sure your email gets answered quickly. We answer customer emails every day and unfortunately receive a lot of spam.
