I have been feeling like i am stuck because of the method i have been using. I have been using a helix for two years, i have other models but the helix seems to make the most "impact" out of the others.I have been reading the forums since before i even got my helix, but i am a really shy person so i haven't asked yet. Also, i know this is a bit of a common question.
But putting that aside i have tried various different positions, techniques, different models and lubes, as well as full relaxation and contraction techniques. I have sometimes taken months off for a bit of a relaxation period, but it doesn't really do much. What seems to work is using my helix for a couple days, taking a break somewhere in the middle, and starting again. My sessions are generally 1-2 hours but sometimes go well over if it's going really well.
The reason i felt like "the time was right" for advice was the last session i had, where i experienced a sort of "explosive" sense of pleasure. It never reached it's full potential by the way it felt, sort of like feeling a glimpse but never actually going further than that.
I try for the most part just letting go and letting things happen on their own which does work very well, except for things like the previous moment.
I use a no contraction full relaxed style, sometimes i contract a very very minimal amount of pressure.
I also wouldn't really say i am worried or impatient, but more as wondering possible things that stop it at that moment.
I would really appreciate the slightest bit of advice for those who would give it.
@Zwei --- That "explosive"sense of pleasure is your body reacting to your rewiring! It may have lasted only a few seconds the first time, but it can grow into longer lasting waves of pleasure that flow, and flow, for much longer periods. These become p-waves which can be awesome with time and patience! How does your prostate feel lately?

I would say about normal really, i guess it felt a little "sensitive" after that session. But i wouldn't say much carried over, well nothing i can feel anyway.I get moments at night sometimes where i feel sort of pulsing sensations, well i say night but it's mostly when i am about to sleep which for me is in the daylight hours.
Should i just continue the way i am currently, or should i try mixing it again?
And i would say this has happened a few times but last time was the most obvious, it actually struck me back a bit with how suddenly it appeared. I have had one previously that was a little less but lasted a much longer time.
I have gotten some other things like feeling like i am scratching an "itch", i also get involuntaries quite a lot now because i get so relaxed.
If i had anything else to add i would say during the moment i had my eyes closed and was focusing on it, with a sort of spinning sensation and really blatant involuntaries.
@Zwei --- You're certainly on the path! Did you increase the frequency of your sessions recently? As your prostate becomes more sensitive, and as you are learning to relax more deeply, you shouldn't be surprised if you start to experience more sensations! Keep doing what you're doing, and feel free to experiment! An awake prostate, for me, is very often a frequent, and sometimes ALL DAY sensation! Mix it up once in a while...you never know what you might find! Having a childlike sense of curiosity and amazement is ok as well! The most incredible thing about this journey is that I've learned how to experience these beautiful sensations by becoming more self-aware! That is simply amazing to me!

I have been mostly doing it a sequence of days for two months, beforehand when i took breaks more often it kinda nulled my sessions a bit.And i would say it's already pretty sensitive, i can feel most of everything when in sessions. My sensitivity from before climbed into the realms of near overly sensitive, which wasn't really a deterrent or anything.
If anything i never really had an issue but more like i got lost on where i was at, i have thought before that i might have had involuntaries until the actual ones showed themselves and etc.
With this it just threw me off because of how sudden it was and how it nearly felt like a dry-O, but still never quite got at the peak. So with that i have learned it's a bit off for me to declare something when i don't fully know what it is, which is where the confusion stemmed from.
I do appreciate the help though TG, don't get me wrong.
If anything that actually happened whilst i was in a different position than usual, and one i will use again in my next session because of that.
The Getting Started section of the Wiki is had a Milestones page which is a great guide as to where you are in your journey! Check it out!
