Has anyone had experience with the effect of increased core strength on Aneros use? I've been thinking about doing some training with sit-ups and planks both for better fitness and hopefully a positive impact on sessions.

Doing strength training for the glutes and abs - at the gym and while using Aneros really builds a strong core. I have a ways to go for my glutes, but having more actual muscle to flex with your butt and abs helps get things going during a session for me.

Nice! I'll have to give it a try.
