Hi,

Im 20, hetrosexual, and found out about the aneros when searching about prostate cancer, after hearing about it on the news, I purchased the MGX (not classic) about 3 months ago, and after a few sessions started to get some results, I get to the point where my body starts to tremble but then I tend to push out and the aneros pops out! which gets really frustrating, when i push out I try to hold on to my contractions but it doesnt work, I once managed to get past that stage and started to feel a few waves but i'm concentrating too much on holding it in and I lost focus. I'm going to start PC muscle exercizes but dont know what else to do, do I need a bigger model?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank You

Thank You for your response! I will have a go later, so when it feels like its popping out I need to ease up instead of hard contractions, again thank you and I will let you know how I get on

Yeah-
I get the same problem, I can breath and hold the Aneros, get contractions and then my lower(sometimes upper) body starts shuddering and then the body pushes the Aneros to the "relaxed" position, though it doesn't pop out. I have no idea what to do after this. I can't maintain the contractions while my body is convulsing, I try to just "go with the flow", but then nothing happens except continued convulsions with no result or pleasurable feelings. I definetly feel like I'm at an impasse, though somewhere on the right track. What the hell does one do after your body starts convulsing?

You explained it a lot better than I did, I have the EXACT same problem, hopefully someone will explain to us what the next step is.

To All,

What type of contractions are you all using leading up to this convulsive experience? What's the intensity and duration?

Only contracting sphincter when the body shaking begins and to rep-start the spasms once they subside. Feeling like multiple body orgasms. Slight contractions though. During buildup I've been only contracting rectal instead of sphincter muscles.

well when It kept popping out I was using strong contractions, but when I kept it in a whole session I was using light contractions (about 30%) when my body shakes its intence and very powerful and when it reaches its max the aneros feels like its going to pop out and I cant relax and the feeling subsides this all happens about 1 minute

Thanks

Some major progress! when I tried it in the bath it was a major dissapointment! so I left if till today after reading your Bee - Line Article, and I think my problem was not being focused enough on the sensations, so this time I put on my Kathy West video collection (www.Kathywest.com) which is full of her having orgasms and instead of focusing on the video I didnt even look at it and just concentrated on her sounds and the sensations I was feeling and all of a sudden it got really intense and started to tremble but I was able to control it as if I was riding a wave and I even moaned out loud once but my whole body is aching at the moment because I work on a chicken farm and we are clearing out at the moment which means lots of walking and lots of lifting so I got cramp and had to stop, but I know I was moments away from reaching the Super O and now know its a matter of when and not if now, Thanks everyone for your kind help and the amazing articles which I have been studying for months!

Sounds like you are on your way! That is exactly what I did and experienced on my first super O. I also had a porno on, and stopped watching and just listened and enjoyed the sensations of the tip of the device. You are almost there. Let the body spasms happen, they will start little by little, then they will eventually build up to the point of full body spasms. Once the small ones start the big ones are just minutes away. So don't quit and don't whack off until much later when you've had enough of the spasms. Good luck and enjoy this new level of self-awareness and sexuality.
