i referred back to the website..it says you only contract your sphincter? Is this correct? Everything I’ve read says it’s all about pc (stop pee) contractions? Which is right?

It all depends on where you place the electrodes. I experience sphincter, pc, buttocks and prostate contractions.

Sorry I sometimes use estim along with my Aneros.

Aneros on its own, I use the do nothing approach. After insertion I start involuntary twitching. It seems to start in my right shoulder then moves down my body to my groin area. The Aneros device seems to quiver with the twitching. As the sensations build up my breathing becomes heavy which causes the device to move and stroke my prostate. Then I feel my prostate reacting and starts to pulsate is sync with my heartbeat.
