Constant Ticklish Sensations No Orgasm, Help Please

Ok so I put Aneros, relax my body, do nothing approach and soon 5-10 minutes when my body relaxed enough. The aneros starts to vibrate inside me. I turned the Aneros 30 degrees to the left, somehow in this position I can feel something, and I just found out about this positions yesterday.

So continuing, the aneros vibrates inside me, when I get more relaxed I can feel more of the vibrations' sensations. The vibration is so strong, it's like heartbeat when you running, except my heartbeat doesn't beat that fast this time.

So the vibrations makes my prostate's nerve ticklish, very ticklish that I can feel the beat in my head, my left and right side of head is beating like heartbeat. I try to let go, and then it felt like my head spinning around and around makes me dizzy.

So I try to let it happen for some time, I wait maybe 15-30 minutes, and then I found out this constant ticklish doesn't makes me orgasm.

I try to bring pleasure feeling, but this ticklish sensation is stronger, the pleasure feeling washed away.

When this ticklish getting more intense, I found myself sobbing, drop of tears flowing from my eyes. I found this feeling quite the same when I take a dump and the poop is hard, and then I use my whole strength to push the hard poop out. It's kinda hurt and somehow sad feeling at the same time.
