So I've been an aneros user for a while now, started off with the helix
before moving up to the prograsm. I've had mixed results using the
aneros but recently i've been experimenting without the aneros. For the
last 2 sessions, I recreated the aneros guidelines by getting relaxed
and breathing heavily. Somehow, I can now get to a state where my body
quivers and vibrates all over without using the aneros at all. This
feeling has previously been described as a super-o by other members I've
asked in the chat box. I'm confused whats going on, how am I able to do
this, can someone explain whats going on. I'm not complaining, but I
would like to learn the workings behind it so I could possibly enhance
and create an even stronger response

The simplest answer is: we don't really know.

I may be clutching at straws here but did you experience anything between starting the session and the shaking? Were you doing any kegel exercises? And if so did you feel any involuntary contractions along the way?

No. I just begin to mentally focus and start breathing deeply and its like I can recreate the feelings of using the Aneros at will. At first its just me breathing, then it feels like my body is elevating and somehow I can hear my breathing more clearly in my head, then my whole body begins to go numb and slowly starts vibrating. Soon, my whole body feels really light and I have a sensation all over which can only be compared to the vibrations from a mobile phone. I can move my body but the feeling is similar to pins and needles. Once I've gotten to that stage, I usually stop and calm myself and the sensations continue for a few more minutes before slowly returning back to normal. I'm not complaining, its an awesome feeling but I just want to know if anyone else has experienced that and if theres a way to intensify the sensations.

@Human Being
I await your suggestions
