Hey guys, I'm a fairly new aneros user. I had been using shea butter for some time without any problems. But two days ago I used organic unrefined virgin coconut oil and since I've noticed every time I sit and now even walk I have the feeling that I need to poop constantly and when I go I only poop in little chunks and cant finish. Has anyone ever experienced this before? I am wondering if maybe I irritated my rectum but only used the aneros for 2minutes before deciding to masturbate because I was very horny. I read online and it seems that I am having symptoms of proctitis (tenesmus). Worried here guys any advice helps before I go to the doc, thanks you guys. Peace

@Questioner first, welcome to Aneros World! With time, patience and no expectations, you will experience feelings you never knew were possible. As for the olive oil, I use extra virgin olive oil on a regular basis; I inject 1 cc and I never had the feeling of having to move bowel. If inserting a massager in your rear end is something new and you are not comfortable, yes you should see your doctor. Do not take uneccesary chances with your health.

If it's just the fear of the unknown, try to relax and enjoy your sessions. Don't forget, penile and prostate horniness and activities are two very different things.

Good vibes to you and good luck. Keep us posted.

@GGringo ======== Hi and thank you for your message. Like I said it was coconut oil and the feeling appeared two days after the 2min session. It may be due to many different things of course but wondering if I irritated the inside of my rectum with the coconut oil and gentle massaging. My Dr said it would be highly unlikely that coconut oil would do that but regardless I will have some tests done. I've used the aneros many times before with shea butter and never had this problem so I'm thinking it had something to do with the coconut oi. Anyways will keep you guys posted. Stay blessed.

@Questioner my appologies for not reading you right. The word virgin got me believing you were talking virgin olive oil and not coconut. I never tried coconut oil so please disregards my comments. Due to lack of time, I sometimes read too fast and miss a few inportant details. I hope all will be ok with you.

Hello, I have been using aneros for 4 years now, and coconut oil has long been a part of my process.

I have never had any problems whatsoever with coconut oil. I imagine coconut oil to be one of the safest things you can put on and in your body, and it has never had a negative effect on me. I hope all is well.

I think that as a group Anerosians are more aware about the state of their bowels and how we react to lubes or the physical aspects of prostate massage.

Like @Mkr I've been using Coconut Oil and/or Shea Butter (sometimes a blend of the two) for Prostate massage sessions for well over 5 years. Generally these two lubes have caused fewer irregularity issues than over the counter products.

I think though that fewer bowel "irregularities" if I maintain a generous level of soluble fiber in my diet and take a simple Probiotic. hth.... rook
