I stumbled upon this website

Home of www.cleanprostate.com

It appears this person has spent a lot of time doing his own research and I believe that some here maybe interested in his findings.

I'm wondering if regular sessions prevent some of the build up?

fred, I'm not a doctor but I work regularly with several urologists as well as physicians of other specialties ... and I've been advised by them all that the key to prostate health is regular and frequent drainage - by orgasm and ejaculation

... when there is infection they tell me massage of the gland is generally ill-advised, especially when the infection is acute - in chronic infection it may well be an adjunctive therapy

In the healthy prostate, massage stimulates the gland's function, and can help move viscous fluids from deep in the gland so that sexual release more thoroughly cleanses the gland.

My prostate fortunately is healthy and I want to keep it that way ... I'm looking for the added bonus of orgasmic ecstasy through training myself with the aneros.

Hope this is helpful

I understand the importance of regular ejaculation. I'm wondering if the matter this guy collected by "cleaning" his prostate are built up in our glands and that regular ejaculations may not be enough to keep your prostate clean or if this guy is just out there. Some of the stuff he collected is spooky!

I came across this site myself several years ago and being a man who has suffered from prostatitis, I was curious about this method. I gave it a whirl for grins but never had any success with it, no discharge....nothing. Try as I might I've never found anything elsewhere on the internet that might support this technique either. I'm not knocking sitz baths for treating discomfort from prostatitis however. They have long been used to increase circulation to the area and/or provide palliative treatment
