Cleaning out the rectum...

Your pretty clean inside most of the time, so if your bowels feel empty they probably are, so I think its more of a personal preference. I do ememas about half the time.
I use about 12 oz or 360 ml of water and rinse out 2 or 3 times.

You can buy enema syringes and enema bags at just about any pharmacy or you can order Higginson Rectal Syringe from this website.

i just re-use a fleets enema bottle.

This is what I do:

1. Clean out my rectum using surgical gloves with KY-Jelly. (a box of 50 surgical gloves is cheap at most any drugstore or Walmart. Dispose of this glove when finished.

2. With a new surgical glove on, use a rectal syringe with warm water to rinse out the rectum. (I bought mine at CVS)

3. I usually use a baby medicine syringe (bought as Wal-Greens) filled with Ky-Jelly to fill my rectum with lubrication and wait about 5 minutes. (this gives me time to clean the 2 syringes)

4. Continue...and have fun.
