Yes, can pee with any Aneros including Progasm. Prostate volume is 50 grams as estimated by my Urologist. However I can't complete ejaculation to the last drop with any Aneros larger than SGX, making it the toy of choice for sex.
Good news is that, following 5 years of Aneros use my prostate has ceased increasing in size and is changing in shape. PSA holding steady at just under 2.0. Sorry Aneros wasn't around 30 years ago.

I can and do pee with any of my devices in: PG PGjr, Helix Syn. The PG tends to want to come out when I stand up, but I haven't had any problem and often will find my stream is improved after the device has been removed. @rook: Don't have the SGX, but I found that the Helix gave me uncomfortable sensations during intercourse. The PGjr doesn't and has been very effective both in my erections and my climax pleasure. To me, it's another case of WWFY (whatever works for you).
