Yes you can. It is more of an overflow than the traditional ejaculation. But you can definitely tell you came. Make me feel totally drained when I cum this way.

What do you mean with "overflow"?

The cum is more liquid. It seems to run out over the head more like a faucet running at low speed , rather than shooting like a normal ejaculation. Feels different but still enjoyable. Very draining too.

@Hassane32 until now I did not achieve this goal.
@awired50 , @timos26 , do you use a certain technique that helps you to cum this way?

This occasionally happens after a session with a near Super-O or an extended 'calm seas' orgasm when I continue nipple play as the orgasm fades. I've sometimes called this a 'streaming-O'

@timos26 I have searched here at the forum and in the wiki but didn't find anything. Could you please help me to find those instructions?

Insert aneros. After 5 minutes begin contracting holding your muscles and breath for 4 sec. 4sec hold 4 sec release. Power of contracting from 1 to 10: 7. Do it 30 times. Take a break for 5 minutes. Then start again holding your muscles, but this time for 30 sec while breathing normaly. Power of contracting from 1 to 10: 5 (unbalanced status). During the whole procedure focus on prostate mentaly.

Hey @SOwithoutAneros ,

do you use a certain technique that helps you to cum this way?

I experienced it only once so far. My wife was vigorously massaging my perineum hot spot (where the p-tab normally is) with rising deep pressure. This usually gives me very nice Dry-O's and one time it made me stream-ejaculate. I was still in mmo-mode but very satisfied (and a bit surprised). Penis was semi-hard...

Cheers, Unfug

@timos26, thank you for your guidance. Sounds like a recipe that should help always.
Is your method that reliable to you?

@Unfug, thank you too ...
😉
... for your shared experience.
Does "where the p-tab normally is" mean it happened without using an aneros tool?

Good vibes to both of you and have fun!

Yep. She applied more pressure than usual (and way more than the p-tab can deliver), so I could feel her touch up to my prostate. As if she was pumping the semen directly with her hand - just like CPR on your prostate.

Cheers, Unfug

@Unfug, thanks for your answer, but what does CPR mean? I already searched the glossary in the wiki without success. Thanks again in advance.

I have several times when I use my wife's Form 2 vibrator on my perineum with Helix inserted...although this may not technically qualify as "hands free"

Hey @Jaxsun, having a Wangols Magic Wand (similar to Hitachi's Magic Wand) on my own, incidentally you just gave me the missing idea, how to end up my one-month-challenge of SR. Thanks! 😎

Curious why a vibrator on your perineum would cause ejaculation?

I agree with what rook said and will add that I have about a 65% HFWO flaccid with no penile stimulation whatsoever. This is a great feeling but its not a SO and usually comes with pretty solid thrusting and nipple stimulation. I let it happen usually due to the great feeling (its a definite wet o) and the amount of time spent to get there is usually close to finishing time.

I am now learning to back off the nip stim, which is resulting in no HFWO so far and back on my journey to learn and experience.
To all those out there with HFWO, I am sure you will agree its a blessing and a curse - some apparently get stuck here, but I am determined to move around it and onto a different path.

Enjoy the Journey!

cardio pulmonary resuscitation ... getting an apparently lifeless animal's heart action and breathing rhythm restored.

Oh yes, it is very possible to orgasm and or ejaculate soft and hands-free. Honestly, erections are over-rated. Of course, they are necessary for intercourse, but certainly not needed for masturbation or especially prostate play. In fact, prostate play works much better when the penis is ignored and its much easier to ignore a softy.
