Can a super O cause ejaculation?

First off, I apologize for posting so much on here recently. I've just had a lot of chances to get aneros sessions in which leaves me with new questions quite often.

So basically when I start my sessions it feels like i'm "masturbating" with my prostate. I can get a pleasurable feeling and build it up hands free just by being in a certain position and contracting and thinking about it etc. However this pleasure always ends in an strong ejaculation. Last night the orgasm before the ejaculation was so intense and lasted for several seconds longer than a normal orgasm would last and I could feel it from within. It was absolutely amazing and then I ejaculated. My question is could this have been a super o that caused me to ejaculate or was it a regular but hands free orgasm that was intensified by the aneros?
Should I try the "do nothing" technique and avoid building to orgasm. When I do this however, i also feel like i'm avoiding building the super O. nothing happens because i am trying to avoid ejaculation. I had a pretty intense orgasm that I was able to prevent myself from ejaculating at the end by switching my position before the end of my session where I ejaculated. Should I build up and then when I'm on the edge try and stop myself? Should I continue these sessions just trying to avoid ejaculating in mind but still building on the orgasm or should I try and start from scratch? I don't want to limit myself by always working towards cumming. I do think I'm making progress because i am getting a little further before i eventually ejaculate each time. at least I think I am. I just don't want to be doing the wrong thing.

Also side note today at my job while sitting in my chair i could feel my prostate begging to be played with. Eventually I felt pleasure coming from it and involuntary contractions started and i felt like I was going to have an orgasm there. This lasted for quite a while. I could feel my prostate and penis throbbing. Is this a good sign?

I would definitely dat you are on the right track. I have had the same expierence as you: prostate play with the aneros leading to handsfree ejaculation. I recently decided not to ejaculate anymore in order to enhance my aneros sessions and speed up the rewiring process. See my post 'trying a new approach' on this forum.

You should try the do nothing approach....we are not looking to ejaculate at all.
