Lately my sessions have been ramping up and feeling more intense, but today with my session i was relaxing and getting pleasure when I felt this bubbling feeling rise up from the middle of my belly, up to my heart. I was quite shocked, I continued for a while on but this got me out of the zone.Has this happened to anyone else while in session? (i have googled this, but the results vary and are sort of worrying if not related to aneros)

Everyone's different.I would try relaxing into it if it feels ok. Obviously any discomfort or pain then stop immediately & maybe get yourself checked out. Search this forum for posts related to energy & energy movement. My guess is that's what you're starting to feel.
