I'll cut to the chase here:Recently been trying to get a HFWO (Hands Free Wet Orgasm) as a goal. Some slight developments, but not much.
Last night however, in a sudden urge to jerk, I held back and instead edged. In doing so, however, I took note of some involuntary body movements you may or may not have when ejaculating.
Replicating these had lead to strong sensations, and in one instance the cremaster contracted — ejaculation would of been near.
Trying these again over the last three days had lead to inconsistent, but still strong orgasms corresponding from the same location.
This 'technique' works both with and without the Aneros.
When aroused, try this:
The same guidelines for breathing techniques in general apply here: go at a rhythm that works you and the body, maintaining consistency. While this could all be placebo on my part, I'd love to hear if this has any positive effect for you!
(Wish me a troublesome new year if it wastes your time.)
I have had some similar experience, although not exactly from the exercise you describe.
I have done a lot of external prostate massage since I have started here. The lower belly and chest. The thighs..etc.
And I have to say from moving energy or sensation around the chest has brought me to feelings like you describe. Either pleasurable or damn near orgasmic. The sensation leaves me in a crossed state between an internal laugh reflex or maybe it's stored energy ready to burst forth. It's hard to explain. Not to be all gross out, but the sensation may even come off like just before you get sick to your stomach. The chest contraction, but without the negative effects of physically being sick. Does that make sense?
At any rate.. When I do the belly/prostate massaging and as I come back down I use the flat of my hand (like a karate chop) and draw my hands from right on the sternum down my chest in a repeated body stroke with firm, but gentle pressure. Doing different contractions with the chest while the P-waves or energy is high makes it feel extremely good. (don't forget the lower belly prostate massage warmup though) The energetic feeling is terrific!
I did a few practice runs of the way you suggested it and it definitely brings that "tickle" into my sternum, it's a sensation that makes you want to smile because you know what happens if you keep teasing it to the surface.
@darkengine and @drummel, I think I know what you're describing. When I massage my abdonen from just under the ribs to my pubic bone, I get all kinds of sensations from butterflies to sick to orgasmic to emotions to muscle knots to intestinal sounds. I've been mapping the whole area and found some specific places that I like to focus on because it makes me feel good if not orgasmic. If sufficiently aroused, the whole area is flooded with p-waves and orgasms, incredible. I don't know if this is healing my body but I'd like to think my body is grateful. I began by holding my belly while breathing to guide the air deeply into it mentally and physically. After a while I noticed that pleasure from the prostate area was filling my belly. Massaging the area created different sensations. I do this every time I ride now and also during Aless sessions and just for the heck of it. BTW holding the tongue on the roof of your mouth completes an energy circuit according to Taoist tradition and allows energy to flow freely. I heard that science has located the source of orgasms in the solar plexus exactly in the area shown on @darkengines diagram. This is also where energy is created from food, waste and toxins eliminated, and oxygen and carbon dioxide are exchanged through the action of the diaphragm muscle used in belly breathing. The solar root nerve is supposed to initiate a orgasm I think. And the lower abdomen below the navel is supposed to be the repository of body energy according to the Taoists. So the whole area is very important.
PS it does feel like a orgiastic tickle under the ribs 🙂
Thanks for the input, Drummel and Euphemistic!Interesting to read both your comments on 'bridging' pelvis, to abdomen and to the chest. I often forget how much the mind — and breathing, can influence sensations one gets even outside of sessions. i.e. Adrenaline, dread, romance and so fourth.
