Bit of a weird one.
Whenever I reach orgasm my head feels like it's under pressure which takes away some of the pleadure as the feeling is stronger than the contractions.
Any ideas what it could be?

How hard are you contracting?

1) Where EXACTLY is the pressure felt?2) Do you have any head pain/pressure at any other time?
3) Do you have any neck pain? or sinus pain? at other times
4) Any associated symptoms such as visual disturbance?
5) Has it always happened or is it a new occurrence?
That might start to narrow it down.

I know I have to keep telling myself to relax....I even have to relax my eyes because I feel my self squinting so hard my eyes feel like they are going to burst
