Hi guys - I've been using an Aneros prostate massager off and on for maybe five years now: first the Helix and then the Prograsm. I find that if I take the time to be relaxed, not rushed, I have good success in feeling all my pelvic muscles contract and, ultimately, other parts of my body, too.
In the last few months, I've found that I'm able to induce a body orgasm without the massager inside: just by breathing fully, deeply and contracting my glutes, anus and lower abdomen, I've been able to feel that electric feeling all over. When that's over, if I squeeze my organ, I can squeeze out some semen -- or maybe it's just prostate fluid (pre-cum).
Has anyone else had this kind of experience? It's been a nice "next level" to move on to.....

[email protected] Many Aneros users develop the ability to have orgasms without using the Aneros. This has to do with what is commonly in this forum referred to as rewiring. Your brain and your nervous system develop new skills. If you want to understand more you can google conditioning and neuroplasticity or brain plasticity.

A couple of years ago, I wrote a post on this topic - Neuroplasticity - the science behind rewiring. There you will find some links to more reading on neuroplasticity.
