Although I haven't tried the product, their website is pretty amusing. Check it out!
There are also small shavers manufacturered by Seiko and another marketed under the name of Body Bare, which are specialized rotary blade shavers that would seem to get into the "tight spaces" well. These however require preshaving with a tooth type razor (they're usually bundled with them) first.
If anyone has any experience with any of these, I'd be interested in their feedback.

Hilarious!
I personally just use my standard razor (Mach 3) around the genitals, but I bought my GF one of the Seiko CleanCut electric razors. To be honest, I think she prefers using a razor as well.
I did buy the body groomer. I was quite pleased with the results. It works as advertised. In this weeks Barrons, there was an article about Phillips and the body grommer was mentioned.
fcotton,
Does it shave as close as a blade? How often can you shave with it? Specifically what areas have you used it on?

I used it on my perenium, balls and penis. I've never shaved there before and suspect a blade might be closer. It left very slight peach fuzz with no irritation. Wife and I had great time later.
While I can not compare it to anything else; I am very pleased with purchase (from Amazon).
Hello,
I decided it was time for me to tend to the manscape and purchased the Body Groom a few weeks ago. I am very pleased with the razor. For me, (I am not overly hirsute),it shaves blade smooth without nicks or irritation. I have been running the Body Groom over the family jewels and perinium a few times a week. I do find that it works better dry than wet in the shower. Aneros users should give it a try. It sure is a lot less scary than a sharp razor blade. Take care,

This has been a fascinating experience in so many ways. Perhaps there should be a thread to describe the most interesting "adventure" with the product as a catalyst.
After having somewhat of a fantasy about the shaving thing I got the real thing from my wife. During one of my not so solo sessions she brought the trimmer into it and next thing I knew she was buzzing it off in more ways than one. The remnant pile laying beside me and the clean region were quite the turn on. Interesting was the constant reminder for days during showers, bathroom breaks of what had happened that weekend. One time just the thought at the urinal sent me into a mini O!
The device has truly made a difference in many ways, prostate health, sex life and more!
The Bodygroom has a nice trimmer. If this is your first time going bare, or if you don't shave every day or two, you can trim off the long hair and shave smooth at the same time.
IMHO, the Remington BHT-2000 does a better job for shaving the testicles. It is less likely to nick than the Bodygroom. The Bodygroom has to be held with the foil perfectly level or it is more likely to cut the scrotum, then it bleeds like crazy! The Remington does not have a trimmer built into the shaver. But I shave my testicles and perineum every day so that is not an issue for me. It feels so much more cooler and more comfortable staying clean shaven.
Also, I think you will have fewer problems with the perineum tab if you keep the area clean shaven.
