I'd go see a doctor! I haven't had this happen personally and haven't seen it as a thing associated with aneros use.

Found out its associated with bursting tiny blood vessels in the prostate, same thing you can get if you masterbate too much. Associated with BPH also.
Only happens when using the helix during sex, I guess the strain is a bit too much. I remebered after writing this I had a worse case last year, literally after sex I bled. Lesson learned keep sessions solo and no ejaculation.

Medically, it's called hematospermia, I believe, and indicates no specific harmful situation. I had it once after too much traditional sex with my wife. As long as your urologist checks you out with a PSA and digital rectal prostate exam and says you're fine there's no worry. It's not typically known to be associated with Aneros use or prostate massage or after prostate exam like at the urologist's however, and so I wouldn't rush to conclusions.
