Guys.. talk w/ your wife about prostate massage, the multiple O thing, she will be intrigued that God created her g spot to match your p spot.  Lots of fun for her to explore you the way you explored her when you were getting all that jazz figured out.  This should not be solo play if you are in a healthy marriage.  Recommend it to every husband and wife.

About the title:  Earlier this year, my wife began to notice that I was leaking blood out of my penis during prostate massage and when I ejaculate which is a bummer, as she doesn't want to put her mouth anywhere near my penis anymore.  We have also suspended all prostate play until we get this figured out.

Went to the Doc.  Got referred to a urologist.  They ran tests.

Cystoscope is neg.

Prostate normal,

Tubes symetrical,

Testicals normal,

Cat Scan neg.

No infection.  Took a round of antibiotics even though there was no infection.

One feeble and scrawny Doc thought it was happening "because you lift weights."  I quit lifting for 3 months, and it has gotten worse.  Another doctor said I needed to eat less protein, and more carbs.

A nurse assisting the doc doing the Cystoscope asked me if I was doing "keagels."  I googled it... and I'm not.  I think she was trying to get my mind off the lamppost they were sticking up my urethrae. lol

My wife is worried that the prostate play has caused it, and we are not blood fans in general - never had sex when she was menstruating's, etc. As such, we are currently in a holding pattern while the Docs are trying to figure this out.  It has been 3 months since we have been intimate in any form, and that's getting old quick.

All of the Doctors say, "It is a benign condition, and don't worry too much about it.  You can keep doing what you are doing."  But tell that to my wife who accidentally swallowed a mouth full of blood the last time.

Does anyone have any experience w/ these symptoms, and if so, what happened - what did you and your wife do, etc.?

iPlan,

We are sorry to hear that you’re having this issue. In our 20-year history we are unaware of a similar report of this happening. Assuming you are using our massager as directed, with anal contractions only, the degree of pressure brought to bear is not sufficient to cause damage to blood vessels in the prostate. In fact, it is far less pressure than would be present from a typical DRE administered by physician, which rarely if ever causes urethral bleeding (seldomly it’s been known to cause some rectal/anal bleeding). If you are driving the massager by hand or sitting on it while it’s inserted, be advised this is not recommended, and could cause problems as it exerts a large amount of pressure internally.

We concur with your decision to stop using our products at this time. Has the bleeding persisted since you stopped?  Does it occur with other sexual activity that does not include prostate massage?

I lift, and I’ve never had blood come out my penis.  I’d get second, third and fourth opinions.
You may be bursting some small blood vessels and capillaries. But I ain’t no doctor!!!

FWIW, I lift, too, as an amateur bodybuilder. Never experienced that, nor have I ever heard it mentioned among fellow competitors or gym bros. Hope you find some answers soon.

We got rowdy..... We actually got a Sybian that we both used (maybe once a month, because it is so loud). It is probably too much stimulation, but man did it work! lol  We didn't use it much because of the noise, and our nosey teenage kids though....lots of insane nights though.  Completely stopped everything February when the symptoms began to manifest.

Here was the progression:  several years ago (before the the Sybian, or the Aneros), my doctor began to note blood in my urine sample during my annual physical, but said, "Well you lift weights, so it's normal."

A few years ago after the aneros, my wife noticed that my seminal fluid was not as white as it used to be, and it began to get darker and darker - eventually becoming something like A-1 Steak Sause or just 100% blood.  No sperm was coming out. --- This was whether prostate was massaged or not.

Completely freaked out, I had a cystoscope at that time, and a Cat scan, and everything was completely normal.

Last summer,  I went from blood/ A-1 steak sauce, to not ejaculating at all when I had orgasms -- which was less freaky, but still not normal, and we sort of felt better about that development.  Doc said prostate was a bit enlarged, and gave me a prescription that I take daily to relax the muscles around the prostate.

A few months ago, I took a big dump and when I stood up to wipe, noticed that the inside of the front of the toilet bowl was covered in blood that had come out of my penis.  Then the incident w/ the blood in my wife's mouth shut everything down (no sex, no prostate massage, no nothing).

So a new urologist, and a new round of tests, and a new round of "Looks normal to me, and it is a harmless condition."

Since these most recent round of tests, it seems like it is getting worse - in the sense of blood coming out when I poop, or wiping my butt, etc.  I am thinking of getting a bidet (so I don't have to wipe).

Very cool that the are bodybuilders on this forum.  I competed in two natural bodybuilding contests in the OCB.  Fun sport.

@iplan Right...To hell with it,for me,I’d want checked for kidney, bladder, stomach, bowel, prostate and testicular cancer. Listen mate, something isn’t right. What your describing is just not normal. You gotta get other opinions, fight hard, keep testing.

@iPlan, I am sorry to hear about your ongoing haematuria issue. I have also experienced this phenomenon on a few occasions myself, twice as the result of kidney stones which lasted until I passed the stones, once from a prostate biopsy which lasted a couple of weeks and once from overly vigorous prostate massage which lasted a couple of days. I know this is a disturbing phenomena so I can empathize with your concern. Hopefully, you and your doctors will find a successful, healing path forward.

You indicate your body was already prone to haematuria even before Aneros use so I doubt that was a causal factor. However, your use of the Sybian may have been a tipping point of over stimulation and I suspect may have injured your seminal vesicles which produce the majority of semen volume. I hope these issues resolve well for you so that you may, at the minimum, re-engage with sexual relations with your wife.

Good Vibes to You!

One time only did blood come out with my semen during ejaculation. This was maybe 14 or 15 years ago. We were really finely tuned and had sex like crazy, it was intense all the time, long bouts of intercourse (like 30+ minutes, which is a lot regardless of what the studs say is a long bout) and very very strong orgasms and ejaculations. One night we were fucking on the floor, hard, and I was building up the most massive ejaculation and orgasm and when I pulled out to shoot it literally hurt inside me; I came so damn hard it hurt! Like I "tore" or "pulled" something in me and I couldn't tell where. I was pleasurably saying "owww!" between my "ahhhhs!!!" and looked down and there were some streaks of blood in my cum. OMG!?!! I waited like 2 days and then had a solo, calm and not too exciting masturbation to see if it was better and I think like one speck of blood came out. I had sex with my wife the following day and it was all clear and that's never happened again.

But your time on the Sybian, that sounds very intense. If I hurt myself inside during normal sex and some blood came out then maybe you did something to your insides during Sybian rides?? Your white blood cell count must be fine otherwise it would've triggered more concern from the doctors.

Have you ever sounded your urethra before? That can cause injuries. I hope you get this resolved soon! Best wishes
