Maybe it's been covered but do most of you feel more excited and stimulated with a full or empty bladder? I find it to be stimulating at times but I never hear of others enjoying the feeling or the release of pleasure that can come from pissing. After having the Helix in for a while I sometimes have almost a "pee" orgasm. Any thoughts?

Welcome to the forum. I have thought about this myself. There is a fine line between having to pee and HAVING TO PEE! I do find that if my bladder is somewhat full that it can make for a great session. I like that feeling, but if it gets too much, it is something that has to be dealt with.
