So I recently got my new Helix which ended up being free (won some contest) and I must say I see promise. I got it because of the reviews saying things like "much more direct pressure" and people saying "to much pressure" as I seem to have a prostate that needs direct and aggressive pressure.
Only used it 5 times now and after the 2nd use I started to get the "tug and pull" which started to feel pretty good but my PC muscles are not ready to go for a long session yet. I managed 20 minutes but the pleasure really didn't "build" it was the same feel the entire time, however at least its progress at last.

The last 2 sessions however I got nothing so I am curious what are the best positions for you?

I don't like the default Aneros instructions as its uncomfortable position and I like to keep erect as it seems to really help the toy along. Thanks.

It's essentially whatever position gives you the best contact, which differs from person to person due to body developement, i.e. fat, skinny, short, tall, etc.

Which is why I asked what YOUR positions were so I could see if they worked and find out the best contact for myself. So far my positions seem to be a hit or miss...one of the biggest issues I have is I use a water bed so I might need to prop myself up a little as the middle part of you will sink farther.

Badger's rite on !!! FWIW. Here's mine though.

-- Usually belly gives the firmest, most constant contact with Helix but it hides the nips, makes male deer difficult (particularly if one stays erect) and makes hip thrusting a hazard -- temptation to masturbate gets too strong for me. Mod one: For fantasy about being penetrated go spread eagle, rotate toes inward and splay hips/buttocks.outward.
-- Dog -- all fours -- good for 'frenzy sessions' but not a path to the Super-O.
-- Right side, hips bent for a 120 deg. angle between the thighs and spine. Shift knee positions to find a gentle contact sweet spot. Relax, breathe, enjoy let the contractions come to you. Eventually, let just your breathing move the Helix.
-- Right side, rolled 45 deg. toward a belly position -- legs bent slightly. Relax enuf so that you get a gravity assist to help contact. Try the left side if that's your better nip or you like to reverse how the Helix rests in your canal.
-- Back position -- most difficult since gravity isn't helping. With some canal control and PC strength increases you'll move the Helix around and "prop" the lower body against your prostate with the head against the rear of the canal across from your bladder. That makes for nice vibes and easy nip, ab and male deer access. Enjoy!

Congrats on getting the Helix -- nice versatile tool with a lot of growth potential

Late edit -- don't sweat the water bed. If you have to start on the floor do so but, you'll get a far more relaxed session in a full motion waterbed. The dream states in Super-O are far superior. Consider buying a firm, round bolster pillow-- use it as a 'dutch wife'

Sorry, hit-or-miss is the name of th game here; and, it's a bummer when a small posture change causes a loss of contact. Eupho is worse in this regard. If this becomes an issue, buy an MGX, gain strength and ability with it, then move back to the Helix.

Thanks...I will check it out and test around a bit. Helix for sure is a winner so far...I will try a floor session tomorrow and see if perhaps my bed is the issue. Appreicate the help and assistance 🙂

I forgot to mention have you ever released when you can't go further only to lose all the sensation and not be able to get it back for that session? It seems to happen with me...if I ease up to much I can't seem to recover and it resets me to the beginning of the trip.
