Beginning and explanation about lyrics HypnAerosession

;)) Hi,

I am a new guy, fan of Aneros Helix. I am good at all in English thats why i am here ^^. I have done 6 aneros session for the moment and begin to felle it good ^^.

For now i have 2 questions:

-i listen to HypnAerosession and i understand 75% of what she says. But i have a probleme at 30:00 to 40:00 min. When she is talking about raising hands, caress, bolsacks i dont remember everything but i need to understand. Can i find lyrics of the cd in english somewhere?

-i wanted to try a session without aneros and the Cd and ... when i contract the hole i feel the same sensation sensation of contraction of my butt (like with the aneros), erection avec penis and sperm a little on my belly (by the way, i want a solution for this). So i can do it without aneros or maybe i do it wrong with the aneros.
