Received my MGX ANEROS last week. Tried it and it did nothing. I then ordered the HELIX and tried it out this morning. It felt better when in place but still no O of any kind. Any advice or suggestions? Is patientce the only answer?

Did you get rumel's introduction PM? It will have all the stuff you should be reading.
And yes, patience will help.
Don't think about trying to reach a Super-O the way you would reach traditional orgasm.
You can't will it to happen.
