Hello,
A few months ago, i decided to start tracking my daily sessions mostly out of curiosity.
And so now I've decided to share it with you.
Some things i've noticed:
There definately is some cyclical rhythm to it. It seems I have the most fun near the end of the months (around the new moon) and beginning of the month (full moon).
Now this was done without my conscious decision, as I was surprised with how the results came out... but it's impossible to say there were absolutely no subconscious or supraconscious (ie, stress) influences.
Ejaculation tended to make the following night slightly less intense (the fuzzy circles on the graph)... but I defined a threshold (logical vs primate).. and ejaculation tended not to sway the session into the other regions. Instead, it seemed like I would be in the 7-10 range, and then for no apparent reason, it would drop significantly the next day (the drop off on 5/12, and again on 6/1). However, if I did want a 9 or 10, it did seem that I have to hold of on ejaculation.
Now I know some of you out there can have great sessions any day of the week, but for me, I've found that some nights of the month definately are better than others in terms of how easily arousal comes and more importantly, how easy it is to "let go".
And yes, these "numbers" are very subjective, and not at all scientific. However, I feel that (at least in my experience) the value i assigned to each night generally described the sensations I could easily reproduce more than once during the session.
I should also note that for some sessions, i didn't use the aneros.
Other than that... take the graph as you will...

aw, man, i mean in a good way!
leave it to our forum to produce this kind of inquiry. (i'm sure you'll get lots of thoughtful responses. but, on the face of it, you have to admit that graphing this is.... funny!!!)

I suppose... graphing was really secondary and I hadn't thought about it really. What I had meant to do was to find out why sometimes I had a really good session, and then for no reason, doing the exact same thing the next night resulted in the complete opposite.
And when I started experiencing these kinds of sensations, I searched and searched for some kind of "orgasmic" research.. kind of like the kinsey institute? But there wasn't any to be found... other than some sidenote that said "oh yeah, ejaculation and orgasm are separate events... now on to the next topic..."

I wish I had a more mathematical brain to do something like this, I find the whole concept and the desire to graph an aneros journey very intriguing!

This is actually really interesting. I have thought about doing this exact same thing myself. With me though, I feel like there would be a lot of random bias because I tend to use different models and I actually switch things around quite a bit. Not to mention that this is entirely a subjective measurement. I also sometimes go a week or two without even having a session.
There are actually types of analysis you can do to show that something is cyclic even in really noisy and seemingly random looking data, given that you have enough data points. Maybe someone could collect several years worth of data and attempt to do this. It would be interesting for sure.

I guess its true that every generation thinks that they invented sex...
However, now that I look more closely at that calendar, it seems we both came to the same conclusion! coincidence? I think not.

This chart is amazingly awesome. Well done sir! And its also hilarious, no offense. Just seeing someone graph their orgasms is something Ive never seen before. It brought a huge grin to my face.

I enjoyed reading your post. Looking at your chart, it was quite interesting to try and find a pattern in it. I think like binaryfellow said though, there may be too many variables to really find out anything useful. But it certainly is interesting. It kind of reminded me of women marking the periods on calenders. 😆

Widegrin, I like your chart explanation. At first glance I thought it was just random levels of orgasmic feelings like a 10 was just a really strong orgasm and the lower obviously weaker. I was going to say at what point do you have to add an 11,12,13... to he chart due to the never ending possibilities of pleasure through more experience in achieving multiples and and beyond.
What you think is a 10 now may end up being a 5 in the future...

Widegrin has provided some labels that were most helpful.
I'd nominate this, particularly for the ten "level" descriptions for inclusion in the Gold Nuggets. I think it provides a foundation for future discussion and possibly development.
I find myself reaching level 3 or 4 and departing on another branch of the tree. Rather than falling onto the "Primate" path, I 'drive myself' up a path, possibly named "Driven." Which ends in a pleasureful 'dead end.'
