I left off for a few days just to give myself a rest. Well I started again and had a very good session with the Hleix. I do take a little bit of a booster capsule and this helps with the intensity. I just hope it doesn't become compulsory. I don't want to feel lost without it. No super Os yet and I don't look for them as doing so would become a distraction. Maybe one day, when I least expect it, I will be transported to the realms of unimaginable bliss!!! Tomasheen.

Booster capsule is, in my case MG complex, a good gentle Afro- dizzy- Yak. Does enhance the experience but it is possible you could become over- dependant on it. NOT addicted but like having a shot before the beer!!Tomasheen
