I use the Braun SE 3170. I recommend doing the easy part--the pubic triangle, or the chest--while you learn how to use it. It's best if you shave beforehand, then let the hair grow back to 1/8 of an inch before you use the epilator. And as I said earlier, I've found that powdering the surface beforehand makes a huge difference.

little off topic but, i found that having hair on my perineum is better than shaved clean. For some reason it provides better sensations.
