I've been lurking for about a month now .bought the trident helix three weeks ago .
my initial thought was to go with the eupho ,but with all the info I decided to start with the recommended beginner model helix. I have much experience with semen retention and yogic breathing . I also practice qi gong . So I figured I was at a more advanced stage . Ysing the helix about 10 times know . I have tried the nothing approach and many breathing techniques . I mostly feel at ease and tend to fall unconscious . Still feels good when awakening . Sometjimes I'll continue the session with awareness or some movement . I use coconut oil and don't feel much movement . Nor a good amount of pressure on the prostate . I'm looking for more . Both in pressure on the prostate and movement . I'm going to purchase the program Jr or the eupho . Any advice please ?

@Icculus, welcome to Aneros Forum. With three weeks in your Aneros journey, you need to know that it takes time for the prostate to wake up when using Aneros. But with yogic breathing and qi gong, I think you are have an advantage.

Some years ago I attended lectures and arete at a Vedenta center near Washington, DC. I have found vedanta and mindfulness very helpful in my Aneros journey. You may want to contact Aneros user @goldenboy on semen retention and Aneros user @SOwithoutAneros on qi gong.

I have both Eupho Classic and Progasm Junior in my collection. They are good models to purchase.

Also study the Aneros Wiki and Aneros Learning Center on this site. They have much helpful information on using the Aneros.

Hi @Icculus, welcome to the forum. I just read your first post and I admit, I find it a bit contradictory. You wrote

Sometimes I'll continue the session with awareness or some movement.

I would instead suggest to make every session a session of awareness. Awareness is everything what's all about. Don't misunderstand Aneros tools as another kind of dildo or vibrator. It doesn't need much pressure or movement, it needs patience and letting go.

I'm looking for more.

is definitely the opposite. Please understand, that you first have to unlearn what you learned. It's not anymore a matter of rub one out and cum, not of doing something to get a certain result, instead it's about letting go and waiting for something new, never felt before, without expectations distracting you from what might be overseen.
Focus is important. Let me give you an example. Stand up and turn around ten times as fast as you can, then stop and try to stand still and at attention. Now do it once more and when you stopped stretch out your arms before you, both thumbs up and focus on your thumbs. It should have been much easier to stand still than the first time. Sex is a mind thing, the more you learn to focus, the more you will sense, the greater your awareness becomes, the more benefit your journey will bring to you.
Nevertheless I don't know whether the Helix really is THAT beginner model to prefer. Although my very fast-paced journey isn't typical and shall not feed expectations, my suggestion would be the Eupho Syn. Though I never expected it or was wanting it, it indeed and from the beginning provided a lot more action and early led to autof*** and fantastic new sensations.
After all, take it easy, Greenhorn, put no pressure on it, but let the bliss find you! Good luck!
And keep us posted.

@BigGlansDC, thanks for your approval, it's kind of quintessence of what other kind Aneros veterans shared with me during the last one and a half year and what accelerated my journey towards light speed. Thank you @all!
