I'm only 23 so it may seem a bit early to worry about this but having discovered the wonders of aneros and the prostate I want to take care of it as much as possible. Other than getting a prostate exam when I get older and eating healthy/ exercising is there anything else I should or could do? For those that have had it do you think you could've done something different to avoid or catch it sooner or is it just bad luck and mostly unavoidable? Just curious.
