I came across this a couple days ago, interesting read if you guys want to give it a go. Allows you to really relax and create heat in the body part of your choosing. basicly mind body connection training.

hey yr99,

auutogenic techniques, from what i can tell, are "advanced" and require a pretty big commitment. i wonder if you might be better off starting off with something simpler.

Now that i think about it, isnt this exactly what ksmo does? mantra/keysound triggers a response. Only difference is that ksmo adds a touch to help create the response , which is no longer needed later on.
