They just keep going? Or do the spasms come and go through a session. If they stop, does it mean the involuntaries have stopped, and thus the session is probably over?
Are Super-O Spasms Just like normal Ejaculatory Spasms, but... They just keep going?
Yes & No & Maybe...

Yes & No & Maybe... I know those answers are extremely vague because they don't establish a definitive path of action with regards to Super-O's but this is exactly how it is in regards to individual reactions upon experiencing Super-O's. There are no exact criteria to go by but rather a range of modalities men have experienced while in this altered state of being/consciousness. I think it might help if you go back and re-read the definition for a Super-O you will see both physical and psychological conditions stated. What is important to remember here is those statements are conditioned by the qualifiers "...may involve..." & "...may include...".
I intuit from your questions an underlying desire to have a definitive explanation of physical manifestations for the Super-O experience. This is a common thought process for men who are experiencing these new physical sensations and are trying to make rational, logical judgments about how to classify them and integrate them into their personal orgasmic library. Unfortunately there is a natural tendency to compare these prostate based orgasms with penile induced ejaculatory orgasms and this is where the thought process gets scrambled. Prostate based orgasms are qualitatively different from traditional penile based ejaculatory orgasms, as such, they should be thought about from a different perspective. This different perspective is the thought paradigm shift I've often referred to in other posts.
While prostate based orgasms (dry-O's & Super-O's) may share many of the same physical sensations of ejaculatory orgasms, they also have their own unique characteristics. It's kind of an apples and oranges comparison, both are orgasms but their generative sources are different. Trying to equate or define the two orgasmic experiences in terms of the other will only lead to confusion and frustration. Allowing yourself to accept the fundamental difference between the two experiences may allow you to enjoy each to a greater extent as you delve further into their nuanced effects on your body and psyche.
Good Vibes to You !

Hey @Spanishguy69, as we all know about the uniqueness of our experiences, I only can tell, how I feel it, if you allow to add my two cents here. As always, please don't expect exactly the same for yourself.
1) To me the spasms come and go through a session and they are not like normal ejaculatory spasms, they build up slower, go deeper and last longer and are not focused on my penis at all. Often they bild up from a dumb feeling around my gland and then spread out through my whole body.
2) If the involuntaries stop, my session might just have begun. Frequently I feel a calm before the storm. And this calm itself even can transform to a hovering state of felicity fully different from everything I knew as orgasm before. Out of this calm again crazy feelings can occur, feelings like transforming to a creature only existing as an incorporal being of energy. I sometimes managed to stay for a while in this disembodied weightlessness, feeling cozy and warm and secure and content and happy, like having reached my inner temple of bliss.
Instead of bringing in apples and oranges I would prefer to adduce the comparison between enjoying a full bath as a wellness treatment and taking a quick shower.
A nice guy once showed me how to make a wellness treatment even out of a shower. I just should slow down and go forward through the pooring water, very slowly, needing at least 10 to 15 seconds from the water first falling down on my forehead and finally massaging my neck and my back. I smirked when he told me not to orgasm immediately when trying this. Afterwards I knew he didn't joke. This is in a metaphorical sense how edging helped me to find the wellness path of my journey. Slowing down mostly has been my personal key for my journey so far.
Good vibes and all the luck to you!

Yah just like Rumel and SO state, everyone seems to be different. But more than that, with my case, my Super Os are not all the same and the spasms/contractions that occur during my Super Os are usually different. By different I mean the number of spasms, the intensity of each spasm, the time between spasms, and the duration of spasms all differ from session to session, and even from Super O to Super O within a single session.
I had a session last week that knocked my socks off. Mainly because I had a Super O that was one of my biggest over the last several weeks and it had a quality to it that I've only felt a few times. I had, I think, 2 solid Super Os already. They had ever quality of any Super Os I've ever had. The build up to my Super O usually feels like this: I almost always have: an intense moment of PONR, elevated heartbeat, that "loss of consciousness/control" feeling that comes right before your traditional orgasm, and knowledge that when the "stress" ended it would taper into pure blissful abandonment of reality. My ass really clamps down hard on the toy on its own, I have no control over it, and when it relaxes on its own the involuntary contractions follow and each contraction is the pulsation of my orgasm. Those pulsations/spasms can flutter really fast up front and then slow down and last for up to a minute sometimes and be relaxing, or be steady and consistent for 20 to 45 or so seconds. Usually a mix of those two.
But last week, after the two "standard" Super Os I had, something really amazing and uncharacteristic happened. I really didn't know I was going to have a Super O again, it felt like my session was just about done. When, suddenly, without really any of the above mentioned build up sensations, my ass clamped down extremely hard on the toy (again, it was the Maximus Trident...my number one toy now) for just like 3 seconds, and when it released, the sensations and spasms were IDENTICAL to how my traditional ejaculation feels!!! I actually had to open my eyes and look down at my cock to see if it was hard and if it was ejaculating. Nope!!! It was like 50% hard laying on me and it was jumping slightly from my Super O, but not a drop of anything came out. It felt like I was cumming a whole lot though, like with each pulsation I could feel semen rocketing through and out of me.
So, to answer your question with a lot of text (I'm sorry for that!), yes I think that sometimes a Super O can feel like and/or mimic a traditional ejaculatory orgasm, but it does not have to mean that your session is over if your Super O does in fact feel like a TEO. After the one I described above was over, I felt energized to keep going, so I moved on to dildo play and milked a LOT of cum out of me 😉 Sometimes a Super O can be the end, or other times, it's just the beginning!!!
