Since it seems like Jack Johnston has retired altogether, I was wondering if anyone here who has had success with KSMO would be willing to describe in more detail the key sound and how exactly its used, since all I can seem to find online are vague descriptions and references to it. The references that I have found put a great emphasis on "correct articulation" to get results. What does this mean? And how does one generate a key sound to begin with? I regret that i didnt find out about this sooner, not being able to have the audio where he demonstrates it seems like a major drawback for anyone who wants to start practicing.

If anyone has had "calibration" sessions with Jack himself, id also love to hear how that went and some of the personal coaching tips you got from Jack. One person described him as the finest breathwork coach that hes ever met. Again, I regret that hes retired now, and I especially regret that it seems hes left no students willing to become teachers of the method that hes developed. Any and all insight into this mysterious practice is much appreciated!
