I recently had a hip replacement on my left hip (July 11th) and the anesthetic was a spinal block which I think affected my prostate, I still have a good sex drive but have trouble holding an erection and ejaculating. It is now starting to get back to normal, I have an erection in the mornings.
Has anyone else experienced this.
