Anyone else forget to breathe?

I wrote a few points here about breathing. 

Definitely is something I am working hard to over come is holding breathe as the pleasure can go away when you breathe and you try and hold the pleasure.

Best way to think about it.. its not a race.. sessions can last 30-90 minutes so don't try and rush the pleasure. Pleasure will come and go.. the toy is still on your prostate, not like breathing makes it leave the area. So just continue to relax. 

Some of my best sessions is where I have really tried to relax. 

Often when you hold your breathe too, it means you are tensing... how is the aneros gonna "auto fuck" you or move around and cause the best pleasure when you have it locked it place by holding your breathe. It has to be able to move and twich around, and for that we need to be relaxed
