Anybody tried this technique?

I posted this in my "Do things get more intense" thread but I thought I'd ask specifically about this technique in a fresh thread.

Session 5 or 6... things started like they usually do, relaxing, shaking and trembling on and off, it's fun but not orgasm intense.  Then I tried something new.  On my back with my legs drawn up, a bit of tension in my hips and even more trembles.  I'm usually soft when I have my sessions but this got me hard:  I started bucking my hips, making my cock bounce quite a bit. Initially it was intentional but after a while it was involuntary.

That motion really started to trigger something with my prostate.  It felt like the growing feeling when I have a penile orgasm... a swelling feeling and it felt like I was on the verge of ejaculating but I didn't and it continued off and on.  I had the most intense convulsions yet that went on for minutes like this.

Anybody else tried this?  Intentionally bucking your hips and get your cock bouncing... I think it may apply more pressure to the prostate.

Yes! Always feels great when I elevate my hips and my cock is flopping around! Does tend to put more pressure on my prostate with intense pleasure!

I already made movements (medium / strong) with the hips while using the aneros but I came to the conclusion that this was just a common stimulation and led me to ejaculatory orgasm. Pleasure is a mix of different stimulation (prostate) + orgasm and penile-type pleasure (even before ejaculation) .

If you perform stimulation with "mechanical" movements on the prostate with a finger or a toy, you will get the same result. It's very good but that's not what I was looking for at that time.

Personally, P waves do not share this path (mechanical stimulation). P and Super O waves come to me through the "do nothing" technique. Internally in the rectum there are very small movements that "appreciate" the aneros and generate involuntary ones as well, these involuntary ones include the sphincter and the PC most of the time simultaneously.

I think I am truly starting to discover this. I have spent a lot of time trying to use mechanical movements to get to pleasure, but lately, I have been focused on relaxing and letting some movement/tremors happen. Then, I try to relax into them, rather than tense up, forcing more shaking. The more I relax, the more “better” pleasure I experience. I’m noticing that even the slightest pelvic contraction that barely engages the Aneros with the prostate can produce some powerful sensations. I’m not really sure what I did to get there after all these years…it’s almost like it takes experience and exploration. The forum is great for ideas and advice, but at some point, you have to start exploring on your own and listen to what your body is craving.

You mean draw your legs up like knees towards your chest with feet off the surface your back is on? Or, knees bent feet on surface? I do the latter position and do move my hips and pelvis (similar to how I fuck my wife back when she's on top of me) and yes, my penis flops around a good bit and while it doesn't get stimulated from the movement and contact with my body, it helps me have Os. Fun stuff!

I get the involuntary hip shakes as soon as I mentally commit to a session. Aless or A-in. I have trained myself to control these with my mind, and not by any physical means. Now i am able to change it to a very fine vibration in the tip of my cock, and all through my anus and prostate. Its like a forced relaxation, except I will it. I can't do it every time though, love when I can.

I'm new to this--just a couple of months and appreciate the insights of more experienced users. i've tried different positions--mostly on my side--but this sounds like it would feel fantastic. While I am not experiencing the shakes and quakes that many people report, I do experience some pleasure as I tighten and relax. I'll try this suggestion of lying on my back and pulling my legs up to my chest. Thanks for the suggestion.
