This position is based on the fetal or knees drawn up to your stomach lying on left or right side, at this point stretch your legs out at approx 90º to your body. This has always for me given me extra prostate contact with the MGX. Yeh is does take up a lot of space so you will have to find some excuse to monopolies the bed. Hope this helps. Have fun.
