Aneros with Partner

First things first, you still have to tell her about your little friend. I endorse the health approach. My wife has low libido, but has no problems with me using aneros and similar prostate devices for my health. At some point if her libido get near normal, I'd like to use an aneros but frankly their designs are formulated for easy insert, easy removal, rather than retention. I have been using Aneros for almost a month now. Now im not experiencing anything amazing just yet; I was curious on how using with a partner could be.
Im married and I have not discussed this with my wife yet. I wanted to know what everyones experience is on using this with a partner. Are you simply inserting and having sex? Or is your partner assisting during your session? if so how does that work. My only sexual interactions (for myself) have been penis focused.

I agree with the other posts concerning prostate health. It is truthful and it has benefits with sex.
