It is absolutely worth a shot. The only model I consistently had trouble with is the old Progasm (with the flat tab on the bottom). That one would pop out during climax.

To the vibration question, I enjoy the HSV but have not tried the Vice 2. I just assumed it would behave like the Progasm, so I avoided it during sex.

I also recommend it!! A few things need to be taken into consideration:

First, all plastic-based models with handles will create issues.
