The Aneros experience is not instant. Read the wiki about how to rewire. Some people take months or years to get to a HFO. There are levels of pleasure long the way.

Without a doubt, I recommend a Helix Syn. There is no vibration but you don't (and won't) need it.

Welcome to Aneros Forum. Like you, for most of my life, I was a virgin when it came to anal play. Some years ago, I met a guy from the Internet who wanted to take my virginity in anal sex. While he had an small endowment, it hurt like hell. He didn't take my virginity.

But in Sept./Oct. 2011, I met a guy at BateWorld.com who told me about the Aneros. So I investigated and found some plausable videos on Xtube of guys using the Aneros.
