Gettings, I believe to have a tight pelvic, due to my PC muscles always being contracted. Leading me to have anismus. But where I'm most worried is I think it's also the cause of my premature ejaculation. I can't last longer than 30sec. When masturbating my PC is immediately contracting and there too I can't last long enough to enjoy the pleasure. On the daily basis I have to make a conscious effort to relax it.

So my question is can't a toy fix this or help relax my tight pelvic floor? I've tried the stretches and they haven't help btw.

This might be more of a "Ask your doctor" issue, as no one wants to get in trouble by giving medical advice, which is understandable. You could go right ahead and ask you doctor if using an Aneros device is okay, and then go from there.

I sincerely hope you can fix this.

Not sure if PE is caused by animus, but I don’t think aneros will solve either condition.

Learn how to reverse Kegel,if you imagine trying to push your pee out faster and harder. Pushing poo out harder. Train this movement as it’s the opposite of your pc muscle clenching.

When you masturbate, and you feel the pc clench, relax and push your reverse Kegel. Take note of the feeling and learn to lock it in. In time, you might not need to push, you’ll hopefully know how to keep the pc in a more relaxed state.

As for animus, surely your dr can put together a treatment plan for that.
