I don't think I'm qualified to make that kind of judgement as I don't have much experience with other male sex toys. I consider Aneros devices more than simple "toys", these are tools with a purpose other than simple pleasure. What I can say is of the few varieties of commercially available prostate massagers I have tried, IMHO Aneros is the best.

I don’t know if aneros is the best, as i have had whopping orgasms with many other toys, but the overall aneros product is surely the most complete one that exists, for it includes a free complete guide as well as a free international forum with supporting members (with other forum and guides in other languages).
