Hi all,

I think I discovered something in my latest session and I would like to know your opinion/knowledge on this topic. With the aneros inserted and doing the 'do nothing' approach I tried to relax as usual. However, this time I suddenly got the feeling that I was very relaxed. In a matter of seconds my breathing got really slow and it felt like some sort of trance. When this occured I almost instantly got some very pleasureable p-waves. I Always have a hard time to keep maintaining these pleasureable feelings. So when the feelings deminished I tried to relax again. The trance state happened again and the feelings also instantly started when I got in this trance.

So I was wondering if anyone else experiences these trance states and how does it affect your sessions. Is this state required for the goal towards a prostate orgasm?

@Tarzanhenkie, I believe that you are on to something when you speak of relaxation and trance-like states during Aneros sessions. My Aneros sessions really began to take off when I began to relax in my sessions. That was about year three/four of my Aneros journey. Also you may want to read and study the Older version of Aneros Directions for Use , especially Stage 5 -- Altered States of Euphoria which talks some about trance-like states in Aneros sessions.
