aneros pops out

I have been using the MGX on and off for a few months now. The first time I used it during intercourse with my wife and it was awesome. It seemed to come to life as I climaxed and worked really well. Every time I have tried it since then it pops out when I cum. It is getting really frustrating because I was looking forward to the experience getting even better than the first time, but instead It havent been nearly as good.

any ides what is wrong?

A couple of things pop into my head that could help this . . .

One is clenching your anal muscles to hold it in and the easiest one, which I would prefer is put her on top and keep the Aneros
between your ass and the bed! (just press it against the bed to keep it in, which feels great any way???
