I use the PES powerbox plus an assortment of electrodes (including a prostate electrode) and some others that attach to the penis/testes and a uretral probe.

I can usually get a hands free orgasm. It really is mindblowing ableit expensive to get into. There are so many combinations of power and wavelength settings that no two sessions are ever the same.
