Aneros OK with enlarged prostate?

I have an enlarged prostate and have been told that using the Aneros can be quite painful given thsi condition. I've already ordered the classic and am wondering if any of you out there with enlarged prostates are having problems and what you're doing to alleviate them--or if not, whether you're having great results.
