Aneros, my key to pleasure!

On January 18 (today), it has been exactly two years since I first inserted my Aneros Helix Syn. At the time, my back door experience was limited to a few weeks of finger exploring with minimal results. I had been reading the Aneros forum for some time and so I knew there was a chance I was going to discover a new world of pleasures and possibly improve my health in the process.

At 61 years of age, my sex life was abysmal, enduring a very low libido and hardly able to have an erection. On occasions, I felt pressure in my lower abdomen and irritating sensations while urinating: possibly a touch of BPH or prostatitis as so many males experience at that stage of life. Porn was plentiful but had become ineffective and boring. I was also getting up countless times to urinate at night (3 sometimes 4).

I was feeling my age, I had become an old man with a lazy prostate and almost on the edge of depression.

I cannot remember exactly how I came across the topic of Aneros but somehow my curiosity and interest in seeking more info on prostate health must have lead me here. As mentioned above, I started exploring the dark hole with my index and found the intrusion interesting. The more I read the Aneros forum, the more intrigued I became. I simply had to get one!

In hindsight, I was totally oblivious to perineum sensations and my nipples were as useless as a pair of tits on a bull. I had no idea on the size and actual location my prostate let alone the possible pleasures it could yield. The words Kegels, edging, and Taoist, to name just a few, were non existent to me and so was the term sexual energy flow. I never would've believed that orgasm and ejaculation are actually two very distinctive events and could be controlled with proper training. I was totally encased in my little world strapped with ED and sexual blandness. Life was boring.

At the beginning of my journey and throughout the first year, I read the forum entries and Wiki infaticly in desperate search for the keyes to experiencing the so-called Super-O! I even added a new Progasm Ice in the mix thinking surely my Helix Syn must not be reaching my prostate or something. The PI provided different sensations but didn't get me to my illusive ultimate goal. I was frustrated. It just did not register that, in prostate play, the simple math equation is very simple "expectations=disappointment" even if I read about it in the forum time and time again.

Had it not been for my newfound Aneros friends` encouragement and wisdom, I probably would have given up in frustration. I'm certain a number of frustrated newbies do.

I feel I became `Aneros mature` later in my second year. My definition of Aneros mature is:
- a user who no longer thinks his massager does not touch his prostate and
- no longer questions if he is doing something wrong in his sessions and
- no longer chases results while in sessions and
- does not expect `the big one` when experiencing a new twitch or sensation and
- recognizes and thoroughly enjoy all the sensations and good feelings at hand and
- has mastered the art of hearing his body whispers and
- clearly understands that when it comes to prostate play, patience truly is a virtue.

Most recently, (later in my second year with Aneros) whenever I questioned the success (or lack of) of a session, I quickly reflected on what was already accomplished since the initiation of my journey:

First, from a health point of view:
- after learning about Kegels and it's benefits, I committed myself to engage in a strong regime of the exercise and I stuck to it. I believe this was instrumental in my evolution and this is thanks to the encouragement of my friend @BigGlansDC
- the frequency of my trips to the bathroom at night to urinate went from 3 to 4 per night to once every two to three nights or so (seriously!),
- my urination flow is much stronger,
- my lower abdomen discomfort are gone and replaced by sensations of prostate hornyness (if that's a word); any sign of BPH and/or prostatitis have vanished,

From a sexual point of view:
- I can now induce erections almost at will (not like a teen, but rather like a middle aged male),
- overnight ererections are back, frequent and rock hard,
- my libido is now much higher and ED is much lower,
- I discovered the pleasures of MMO with edging,

From a pleasure point of view (where do I start)? Today, it seems every sessions produces new sensations at higher intensity than in the last session. I honestly don't remember having had a dud session.

I have a minimum of two A-less sessions per day and the level of pleasure they produce are at least as good as my regular Aneros sessions. How can I complain about that?

I discovered some of the many pleasures available by stimulating my perineum. I have several tennis balls, in my office, shop and vehicle. It's amazing the pleasures experienced sitting on one of them in the vehicle while waiting for my better half to return from shopping

The famous question on everyone's mind is `have I achieved Super-O level yet`? I really don't know for sure. If an average Super-O is higher in intensity than the penile version, then the answer is no. If a Super-O has longer and more controllable great sensations than the penile version, then, yes I get them all the time! I no longer worry about that.

My point is, what I experience today in my Aneros or A-less and edging sessions, two years into my journey, is far superior to what I had before I began my journey. I rejoice in knowing things will continue to progress with time.

Today, I feel like a new man and I can only attribute my success to Aneros company and their well engineered products. Their devices are like keys to pleasure doors; each rib on their different models energises different sensations on one's prostate. Their success is not only attributed to their products but also to the social media environment they provide with their forum. Their forum`s members are very generous in providing sound advice to anyone seeking it, encouragement to those needing it and accolades to anyone having achieved milestones in their journey.

I truly value the friendship I developed with some members and appreciate their support and encouragement. I know I can always count on my friends @BigGlansDC, @goldenboy, @rumel, @techpump, @SOwithoutAneros (and many more) for their wisdom.

OK now I can get off my soap box and get ready for my next session.

Life is wonderful!

GGringo, I, too, am 63 yo, and my journey has been similar to yours in every way. I only wish I felt comfortable sharing this with friends and family, but fear and shame does not allow me to do that. Perhaps someday, we will be able to all share our realities without the "masks" we feel we must wear on this forum!

@Cracker I can sure relate to what you wrote! Although my wife of 40 plus years is also my best friend and confident, I cannot share any of my prostate play activities with her so the Aneros forum has been my one and only place to open up and share details of my adventures. I still can't believe society prevents us from opening up about who we truly are and what our interests are. It's not as if we are breaking any laws. At the end of the day, i'm OK with it as it puts a bit of spice in my life.

Thank you everyone for your positive comments on my entry; I truly appreciate it. You all proved my point about the value of this forum. We all share a phenomenal life experience!

GGringo What a great heart felt post! I thoroughly enjoyed it!

My path to the world of Aneros was different than yours. I was researching male orgasms and stumbled upon the web site. The fact that there are a myriad of health benefits to prostate play is surely a huge bonus. When you think about it, how many things in life are this much fun AND very good for you! 🙂

While reading your post there was one little phrase that stuck right out to me. When you said you 'mastered the art of hearing his body whispers' that really hit home. That really is the key to success isn't it. Our bodies really are remarkable things capable of giving us so much pleasure...we just have to learn how to tap into it ... by listening to what it has to say!
Thanks again for the great post!

The amazing thing for me is after years of enjoyment every session is a fresh new experience, the pleasure overwhelms your brain, so you cant imagine how good it feels until you get into another session.Just my opinion.

It's not just your opinion!

I too am amazed at how EVERY session seems fresh and better than the last, after perhaps a hundred.

Occasionally, I'll try to figure out how this can be. But it's more fun to just enjoy.

I've been working at the computer all morning, seated with a butt blug roaming up and down, chils up and down my spine. It's about time to get prone with an Aneros for the next round.

Affirmative!
Thanks for reminding me of my Tempo, I, too, love to be seated with. Aless all present here only reading your vivid post, making me feel so horny at once. Thanks!

Can't hold back to tell you all, that I just came across a (NSFW!) video on p*rnhub, explaining all the fun, you all just have written about, and how to get into the mood for it..
I only can recommend this awesome half hour lesson to everyone if adult and not offended by explicit material.

Cupping your heart and putting your forefinger on your perineum, while watching, might intensify your understanding of the (fe)male orgasm and help you getting most out of this lesson.

Good vibes to all of you!

When I start a session, I HOPE for some prostate pleasure but I really DON'T KNOW for sure that I will get any. That is the beauty and awe of Aneros prostate massage. So every session is different; IMHO, the pleasure(s) are not repeatable! That's what makes it so intriguing! Because if it were the same every time, it would get to be so passe', right?

Hi
Well I recently turned 60 and have just began to experience things thanks to the Aneros that I never could have imagined. I have been single for a long time and have had “to take care of myself” in the usual way. Quite frankly it was becoming a bit boring although still pleasurable, and once the deed was done that was it for a few days until the mood and need returned. After no more than 10 or so sessions with my Helix Syn I am feeling rejuvenated in that department. Although I have not had any major breakthroughs so far, only involuntary spasms that can last for minutes at a time, I find them much more satisfying than a weekly ejaculation that is over in seconds. I never had problems achieving erections at all, but now my biggest problem is surprise erections that occur at the drop of a hat. Not complaining mind. I have an Aneros session usually every other day and now don’t feel the need to finish with an ejaculation, almost 14 days without so far. It’s difficult to explain but I can sense some kind of an energy in my prostate area, like a muscle that hasn’t been worked in a while. I can’t tell you how great it is to have somewhere to speak about these things openly. I am relishing the thought of good things to come and sharing thoughts here.
Good vibes to all.

Loved the video by the way. Not sure I understood everything she was saying, I was a bit distracted to say the least.

@GGringo That's a really great post ! I saved it too motivate me when I'm ... demotivated. How many sessions do you do per week ?

@Harper When you say "an Aneros session usually every other day", do you mean you have a session per day ? Do you have Aless ?

No Aless at all. I just have a session with the Helix then take a day or so out, then really look forward with anticipation to the next.

@Kaly thank you for your vote kind words re my synopsis; I`m always happy to help anyone.

I have an average of four to five sessions per week lasting approximately two to two and a half hours. Most of the time, it's a one Aneros model per session but sometimes two. I find it too distracting changing from one to another; I lose momentum.

Good vibes to you

@GGringo, I am grateful for your friendship. You post shows that you have grit and determination on your Aneros journey. I believe that guys who work with Aneros on a regular basis will discover that the rewards of Aneros usage are cumulative. Also I believe that you will achieve a tipping point sooner or later in that your sessions will become more and more effortless and more and more pleasurable. That has been my experience in the last couple years.

Most of my sessions now are laden with pleasure and produce amazing Aless which often last for hours. Also I have discovered that each of my sessions now are unique.

Another truth of the Aneros journey is that every guy has an Aneros journey all his own. So just enjoy your sessions, @GGringo, and savor your Aless, bud! 😉
