...and here's the score! I placed an order with Aneros almost 2 months ago, and when I didn't receive my order after 2 weeks I called the number on this site. I spoke to the young lady who was very polite and was told there was an error with Paypal. I said 'fine' and gave the girl my info again over the phone using my credit card directly. She said everything was taken care of and to expect my order shortly. Well...after shortly came and went, oh, I don't know...another 11 days..I called again only this time there was another excuse. I remember thinking 'this is ridiculous' so I went over everything A THIRD TIME and was spoon-fed the same line I was given before, 'expect your order in 3 to 5 business days'. 'OK' I thought, surely they got it right now, NOBODY can make this many errors in an order. Well not so fast hombre, I just got off the phone and was told my order was never sent and to wait til Monday to call back.
I've ordered with Aneros several times over the years and have never had a problem, but if this is representative of how they handle orders then they'll be losing a customer...soon, and guaranteed!
No fucking way they could lose me as customer.
Unless I built my own plastic injection molding and some plastic pellets (make my own aneros)
There's always Amazon.com which carries a lot of the Aneros products.

You Assholians make me laugh. I've ordered Tempi (JMchemist that is plural for Tempo) directly from HIH and had NO problems. I'm sure many others have had problem free orders. Your issue is with PayPal. Get a refund from them, and order a Nexus.
Dude, did you even bother to read my post? I said that I placed my next 3 orders (at last count) using my credit card DIRECTLY (in other words I stopped using Paypal), the same card that I've used on different sites to order lot's of items with no problems. I also said that I've ordered from these guys in the past, again with no problems. I don't bitch and complain easily unless there's a good reason to, and this is one of them. If it makes me an 'Assholian' merely because I voice an honest complaint, then so be it, I wasn't aware Mein Fuhrer was going to get his jackboots in a scuff over a legitimate observation. And BTW I'd rather be an Assholian than a Dumbass[holian].
@sharkbait, I had made a purchase during the Thanksgiving sale from Aneros using PayPal and it went through fine. It's a shame that they were being so disorganized with your order. I did notice that after I placed the order that Amazon had it and the price was lower even with the sale. Ir was only a couple bucks so I didn't cancel but Amazon does consistently beat their pricing.
@Shark_Bait.I ordered directly from Aneros using Paypal and got the same problem with processing the payment.And by the way, I see you've now encountered our resident troll.
I placed an order during the thanksgiving sale. It went through easily and I received it in less than a week.
I hope Aneros takes care of you by throwing in a free peridise or tempo for all the troubles you have experienced.

It seems that my package has been shipped. It says "shipped" as the status, though under the date 12/12/2014 it says "pending"
Not sure what to think of that, so I'll wait a few days and see what happens.
I was told that the shipping charge would be refunded, but I'm waiting for that to happen too.
