The aneros has been driving me nuts especially one prostate orgasm after another. What do you guys do to calm the itch during a session or at least quench your thirst when you can't take it anymore?

It's a little strange to hear someone complain about experiencing multiple orgasms. I guess I don't understand how or why this would be a problem. Are your orgasms painful or discomforting in some way? What exactly about the experience is driving you "...nuts..." ?

What do you guys do to calm the itch during a session or at least quench your thirst when you can't take it anymore?

What can't you "...take..." anymore? Pleasure, pain, irritation, fatigue or ??? I suppose you could remove the stimulus by pulling out your Aneros or you could end the session by inducing a refractory period with a Super-T. You could also try to simply allow the orgasms to play themselves out. You always have the option to terminate a session any time you want through force of will, providing your own distractive thoughts to kill the orgasms.
Good Vibes to You !

@Orgasmic19 I take advantage of the natural "ebb and flow" of my sexual energy in my Aneros sessions. I find it best to coordinate my sessions with my arousal level. I am currently in Day 9 of semen retention (and male chastity) and now feel like I need a session (or two) every day for the past three days. I know I am building-up to an eventual ejaculation (usually triggered by the blue-balls feeling). But I listen to my prostate and it tells me when it it time for a session. Likewise, during a session, I now generally "know" when it is time to end it. Usually, it is tied to my arousal level: i.e., my strong erection/precum triggered by the Aneros will subside and usually, the prostate orgasmic energy will subside as well. It may occur only 15-20 minutes after the start of the session or it may last longer. Again, it all depends on my arousal level which can be very unpredictable.

Take advantage of these natural "pauses" in your arousal level. Additionally, if you have multiple devices, you may want to coordinate their use from bigger/smaller or smaller/bigger. This may help to release more orgasmic energy and settle things down inside. But just continue to honestly listen to your body! It may tell you that your Aneros sessions should be "shared" among two or more devices. Nothing wrong with that! Good luck!

Sounds like at a point you have too much of a good thing. After experiencing multiple prostate orgasms, if you need to calm down and get on with life, you then need to switch to release mode - whether HFWO, prostate milking or even old fashioned masturbatory ejaculation. To avoid undoing your progress, try to end a session with a HFWO or get the right type of device to milk your prostate.
