Does any anecdotal evidence exist relating to Aneros or prostate orgasms and PSA test results? I have heard that ejaculation can affect the results and wondered how (if at all) more-focused prostate stimulation may affect such scores.

Wahawk,

You may expect an elevation of PSA from any form of prostate stimulation, ejaculation, even following a prostate sonogram (ultrasound). Normally this elevation peaks within 12 hours of such activity and then subsides to normal levels in about 48 hours.
