Anal Pleasure That Doesn't Involve The Prostate

Whenever you read about anal pleasure for men online it always tends to be focused on prostate involvement. You almost never hear about anybody discussing the notion of anal activity (for men) where the pleasure is derived from the anal activity alone. It always seems odd to me that its almost never mentioned how erogenous the other areas of the anal region are, or can be, for men. To me the prostate always seems to be connected to the penis, since it plays a part in traditional penile orgasms. It seems rare for anybody discussing anal play for men to talk about how pleasurable it can be to focus on stimulating other areas and ignoring the prostate.

Ever since I began using Aneros devices and other anal toys I've been almost entirely in the latter camp. That is, all of my enjoyment has had very little to do with prostate stimulation and almost exclusively comes from stimulation of the anus, sphincter and rectum. The penetration and repeated insertions of a dildo, the fullness of a toy fully inserted, the stretching of the sphincter, the tensing and clamping of the muscles of the anal/rectal region as they squeeze down on a toy. Lately I've been using dildos a lot more often than the aneros devices; wall mounted as I use them in doggy-style position. The best feeling is after I've warmed up a bit and I'm relaxed enough to get quite vigorous with my thrusting; the fast and repetitive in and out through the sphincter is amazing, especially with the larger bulbous head of the toy.

I've never had what I would describe as a prostate related orgasm. All of mine have been mini-O's centred in the anus.
But I'm not complaining at all. I find it highly arousing and enjoyable focusing a lot of my stimulation to the anal area and not on the prostate.

Anybody else part of this same camp?
Has anybody ever experienced an "anal orgasm" that had nothing to do with prostate stimulation at all?

Hi @musicmaker86 Yes, I experienced an anal orgasm early-on in my Aneros journey. I blogged about it. I believe it was triggered by a lengthy Peridise session (or two) and, if memory serves me right, lasted about 30 minutes. It was intense!

Hey @musicmaker86,

Yep, been there.. done that. Hardest Orgasm of my life - it did knock me fucking unconscious. Wrote about it in a thread, let me see if I can find it... ah here:

Unfortunately, it was a one hit wonder. To me, anal orgasms are even harder to build up than prostate- or belly- centered orgasms. With the peridise it's rather a mixture of rectal and anal and a pinch of prostate engagement. Therefore, relatively easy to get, but not outstanding. But maybe it's just me not being able to let that energy build further and somehow "cashing" the orgasm at a rather low arousal level.

Cheers, Unfug
